Weekly Door to Door Cargo service — Delivered Duty Paid (DDP)
Direct Cargo Express provides weekly consolidated air cargo services to Kenya, Nigeria, South Africa, Uganda, Zambia, and Zimbabwe on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. This rate covers freight, destination customs clearance, taxes, and delivery, ensuring no additional charges at the destination.
We also offer a worldwide door-to-door courier service on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis, which excludes destination customs clearance and taxes.
Gross weight V Dimensional weight explained
We want to share a quick, helpful guide on how gross weight versus dimensional weight works for your shipments.
When your air freight consignments arrive at our warehouse, our team carefully weighs and measures each one to ensure everything is accurate. While most shipments are charged based on their actual weight in kg, there are times when charges are based on volumetric or dimensional weight instead.
